Tears Developer has been specifically formulated as a multi-use second agent for hair color. It contains organic olive oil, rich in oleic acid similar to human sebum, as well as 11 types of natural herb extracts. These ingredients help protect the scalp, moisturize the hair, and add a glossy finish.
Additionally, it includes treatment components* that form a protective film on the hair, leaving it smooth and silky to the touch.
*Treatment components: cationic polymers, NMF (natural moisturizing factors), hyaluronic acid, and pseudo-CMC ingredients.
