While water-repellent capes offer sufficient functionality, waterproof nylon provides even better protection against liquid penetration, making it especially recommended for salons that primarily perform wet cuts.

The fabric may feel slightly stiffer compared to water-repellent capes, as the waterproof coating is firmly applied for durability. Frequent washing may cause the coating to wear off, so please check the care instructions beforehand.
