How to use

Wet the ball with water and then steam it in a steamer or heat it in the microwave for about 1-3 minutes before using.

How to store

After using the herbal ball, dry it thoroughly in a cool, well-ventilated place.
After drying, store in a sealed container or bag such as a Ziploc bag in the refrigerator.
